I’d been feeling a little lost around the main products I’d need for post recovery and now that I’m having a planned c-section I’m glad I got this pack which had some key products like the bottle and ice packs that many are suggesting as key! The bath salts once I’ve healed enough will definitely be an indulgence I enjoy and the pads for my breasts again have been suggested by many a struggling breastfeeding mum and I’ve been using them to try and encourage pre birth colostrum flow because of gestational diabetes. Can’t recommend enough!!
