Baby mama, we totally get it. You're either busting at the seams (literally!), pre-ordering alllll of the things because it is just such an exciting time, or you might be 2 days off your due date cos #babybrain. Either way, we got you.

Our warehouse packs and ships orders within 24 hours, but just like your midwife told ya, we can't predict the precise delivery date (except it's because we use independent couriers).

We recommend you check the tracking number sent to you via email and stalk yo' postie!

If the item that you have ordered is a pre-order please refer to the exact date displayed on that particular product.

Shipping on orders over $75.00 (which includes any of our hospital bags!) is completely free - woohoo!

Shipping on orders below $75.00 is $8.50 flat rate Australia-wide.

Yes! Abso-freakin'-lutely! Express orders are posted same day and pricing is $45.00 for pre-packed bags or $12.50 flat-rate for separates.

We offer change-of-mind exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Because our bags are overflowing with literally everything you need for labour and postpartum, we can offer a store credit to the original value of your order, less 30% to cover perishable and personal care items which Personal Hygiene and Safety regulations prevent us from re-selling.

All products must be returned in brand new, unopened condition, with all seals intact to receive a store credit exchange. Any shipping fees occurred on the original order cannot be refunded.

Every Hospital Bag is packaged with care, love and a wholeee lotta padding, but sometimes accidents happen in transit! If you order has been damaged in any way, please send us an email at hello@gotyou.com.au with a description of the issue, your order details and photos (so we can work out exactly who needs to get fired 😉) within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement ASAP.

In rare cases, photos aren’t quite accurate enough, so we will arrange for the goods to be returned to our warehouse for an assessment. Once we’ve looked over the damage, we will issue a refund up or replacement to the original purchase price of the damaged goods.

Make sure you've sent us an email first and received confirmation to ship your item back to our warehouse.

We recommend using registered, tracked post for all returns because we cannot cover the cost of items lost in transit! Sorry mama!

Don’t stress mama, baby brain is REAL. If you’ve entered shipping details incorrectly, forgotten to add an order note, chosen the wrong colour, or anything in between; we will do our best to amend the order if it hasn’t yet been processed by our warehouse. Please contact us ASAP at hello@gotyou.com.au (marking your email “urgent”) or call us on 0405 303 588 between 9-5pm on business days.

We are currently taking wholesale enquiries for 2022 dispatch and will be working on a very limited wholesale model. Each wholesaler must fit with our brand values and ethos: mama’s come first! Yes. And then some. All our products meet Australia mandatory standard, auditory requirements and safety regulations. From testing raw materials and undertaking above-standard product quality checks through to regular warehouse audits and strict assembly line processes: we have not cut a single corner in developing our Got You Hospital Bags. After all, mama comes first and so does her safety!
